Step 0 - IPSS-M input mode

In compute mode, IPSS-M and IPSS-R are calculated from the submitted variables; IPSS-M is then used with age and evolution covariates for IPSS-M-Evo.

Step 2 - Clinical and hematologic parameters

Hemoglobin Unit: g/dL. Reference range: 4-20. Platelet count Unit: 10^9/L. Reference range: 0-2000. Bone marrow blasts Unit: %. Reference range: 0-30. Absolute neutrophil count Used for IPSS-R. Reference range: 0-15.

IPSS-R cytogenetic category Del(5q) Monosomy 7 / del(7q) Del(17p) / monosomy 17 Complex karyotype

Step 4 - High-impact molecular features

Step 5 - Molecular features

IPSS-M-Evo integrates IPSS-M with ProgEvo-derived evolutionary features: ASXL1 to KRAS, SRSF2 to NRAS, NRAS/RUNX1, ATRX, and JAK2.
